Bio
Jerry Lee Grass of Jay died Saturday, Jan. 13, 2007, at his home. He was 48. Grass was born April 17, 1958, in Sapulpa to Joseph Dale Grass Sr. and Dora May (Orton) Grass. He grew up in the Tulsa area and graduated from Webster High School in Tulsa. He moved to the Langley and Spavinaw area of Grand Lake 20 years ago, recently moving near Jay. He worked in sandblasting and painting. His passion was computers which he rebuilt for family and friends. He married Mindy Price in 1977. They were later divorced. Survivors include one daughter and her husband, Jill Marie and Scott Woodring of Savannah, Ga.; two brothers, Joseph Grass Jr. of Spavinaw and Johnny Grass of Golden, Mo., and one sister, Kathy Rose of Owasso. He was preceded in death by his parents. The body will be cremated. Services will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove.
