Bio

Lucille King Carpenter was born August 12, 1914 in Mt. Pleasant, TN, the daughter of the late James King and Fannie Massey King. Lucille was the wife of the late Norman R. Carpenter who preceded her in death on February 26, 2007. She had worked for a number of years as a caregiver for the elderly. Lucille was a faithful member of the Riverside United Methodist Church. In addition to her husband and parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her sisters, Minnie Luckett and Allene Farris and brothers, Vance King, Ewing King, Herman King and Hardy King.
