Frank Pavlik son of John and Anna Pavlik.Frank Pavlik married Anna Wanjura on January 23,1894. 3 daughters (died in infancy) 20 grandchildren 2 great-grandchildren _____________________ Final Rites for Frank Pavlik,Sr.,78,Held Saturday Funeral services for Frank Pavlik,Sr.,78-year-old retired farmer,were held from Hubbard Funeral Home Saturday,Msgr.Anthony F. Drozd officiating. Mr.Pavlik,who made his home with his son-in-law and daughter,Mr. and Mrs.Adolf A. Berger,Jr.,died there Wednesday evening at 7:10 o'clock after being confined to his bed for 14 months. Born August 15,1872,in Austria,he was the son of the late John and Anna Pavlik.He came to this country at the age of 14 and settled first in the Swiss Alp area.On January 23,1894,he married Miss Anna Wanjura,and they settled near Weimar,where they had lived ever since.Mr.Pavlik was a member of St. Michael's Church and St. Joseph's Society. Pallbearers included three grandsons,Edwin Berger,Lawrence Pavlik and Werner Pavlik and three nephews Albert Ripper,Fred Wanjura and Herman Pavlik. (condensed) Weimar Mercury,April 14,1950,page 1
