Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 11, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday. "Texas City Sun," 10 August 1997 EXA BOWDEN Exa Lorraine Bowden of Texas City passed away Friday, Aug. 8, 1997, at Columbia Mainland Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. at Emken-Linton Funeral Home , with Pastor Ronnie Mills officiating. Burial will follow at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m. this evening at the funeral home. Ms. Bowden was born in Bald Prairie. She was a homemaker and member of Northside Baptist Church. Survivors include husband, Lawrence Williams; son, Lewis Vinson Bowden of Texas City; sisters, Marie Fisher, Margaret Baulch and Earline Kemp, all of Texas City; brothers, Ely C. Crisp of Bacliff, John D. Crisp of Santa Fe and Robert Eugene Crisp of Texas City; sister-in-law, Willie Mae Crisp of Texas City; grandchildren, Bridget Bowden, Shay Bowden, Shane [sic Chaz Vinson] Bowden and Autumn Bowden.
