Bio

Bernadine H. Hoffheins was born on March 4, 1932 in Lincoln, NE, entered into rest on Sunday, February 6, 2000, following a long illness. Bernadine had lived in Albuquerque since 1956 and worked at Sandia Labs for 30 years. Bernadine also worked at the Indian Arts Building at the New Mexico State Fair for 30 years. Mrs. Hoffheins was a member of the FMCA, Thunderbirds, and Roadrunners R.V. groups. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she is survived by her husband, Don Hoffheins, her children, Debbie Morrato and her husband, Joe of Denver, Greg Sillivan and his wife, Christy of Houston, Kevin Sillivan and his wife, Diane of Tucson and Monica Fuson of Albuquerque and by her step-children, Connie Pohlmeyer of Rio Rancho and her children, Kristie, Wendy and J.R. and Skip Hoffheins and his wife, Nancy of Klamath Falls, OR and their children, Karl, Kevin and Kami. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Sean, Jason and Wes Hensley, Mishaela and Kailyn Morrato, Brian and Christopher Sillivan, Ben and Jesse Sillivan, Randy and Brandon Sillivan, Kristen Fuson, and Cassie Dennis. A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2000 at 1:00 p.m. at the Heights 7th Day Adventist Church, 4920 Wyoming NE, with Pastor Wayne Gayton officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Presbyterian Kaseman Hospice In-Patient Unit, 8300 Constitution NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
