Irene Matocha Boedeker, 83, of Yoakum, died Nov. 23, 2011. Funeral service at Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home with Rev. Barney Matocha officiating. Interment at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. She was born on Sept. 25, 1928 in Sweet Home to Frank and Annie Janca Matocha. She was a homemaker, mother, a retired clerk from Stanley Grocery and a member of St. Joseph Catholic church. She is survived by her husband, Roland Boedeker of Yoakum; daughter, Linda Boedeker and husband Greg Jamieson of Colorado Springs, CO, and a sister, Annie Kocian of Yoakum. She is preceded in death by: parents; son, Kenneth Boedeker and brothers, Henry and Barney Matocha. Services by Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home, Yoakum.
