Donna Moltz, a resident of Sahuarita for more than 40 years, passed away on Monday, Dec. 13, 2004, in Amado. The A-frame house across from Anamax Park was built by her and her husband. She was born June 29, 1925, in Lordsburg, N.M. in a wagon on the way to Arizona where she first lived in Phoenix. She retired from the Sahuarita School System, then contracted through the Green Valley post office, then on Esperanza Blvd., for several years. Donna will be greatly missed, and always remembered for her love of gardening and addiction to ice cream and watermelon. She was preceded in death by her husband Lee, sons Bobby and Everett, sisters Imogene and Sibyl and brother Doyle. She is survived by brothers Delmer, Wayne, and Billy; daughters Millie, Jeanie, and Naomi; grandkids Barbie, Eric, Kevin, Donna, Terry, Corey, Shawn, Daryl, John, Shannon, Andrea, Loren, and 18 great-grandchildren. Services will be on Friday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. at Green Valley Mortuary and Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Pastor Billy VanCamp of Phoenix will officiate. Pallbears will be her grandsons Shawn Haussmann, Daryl Haussmann, John Moltz, Kevin Moltz, Corey McCort, and Jeff Cabrrera.
