~ OBITUARY OF BILLY JOE LYNCH Billy Joe LYNCH, 76, of Skellytown died Wednesday November 16, 2011 in Pampa. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday in First Baptist Church of Skellytown with the Rev. Fines Marchman minister and the Rev. Dr. Robert Tollison Baptist minister and Billy's nephew officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Pampa. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. Mr. LYNCH worked in the Panhandle area oilfields for 38 years and White Deer Independent School District for nine years retiring in 2003. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Skellytown. Survivors include his wife Captolia LYNCH; two daughters Kathy HILLIARD of Schulenburg and Sarah ANSON of Rolla, Missouri; a son Billy LYNCH of White Deer; a brother Adrian LYNCH of Coolidge; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to High Plains Food Bank 815 Ross Street Amarillo, Texas 79102; or Pampa Regional Medical Center 1 Medical Plaza Pampa, TX 79065. ~
