Julia is the dau. of James A. Watson and Ninetta Smith who are buried in Armstrong cem. in Rushville, Mo. Make note Her name is Julia Smith on marriage license?? Her mother Ninetta Smith did not marry James Watson until 1846 would be 2 yrs after Julia was born! Wife of David Daniel Ditch, married 13 May 1860 in Buchanan co., Mo., she said in the 1900 census they had 6 children only 3 living. David Daniel Ditch her husband, born Aug. 1836 in Ohio, he died Jan. 11, 1901 in Atchison City, Kansas. I looked up the date mentioned in the obit Wed., Oct 1936 was the 21st not the 23rd.
