Bio
Joe was a fun loving cousin born to two very loving and caring parents; He was born with a large head and either developed or had other skeletal and muscular issues including speach but he never ceased to be a joyful person to be around. Great cousin. Uncle Elmo and Aunt Levene took good care of Joe and family and cousins all loved him and loved to be around him.
