Born around 1822 - Died after 1910 Buried between his daughter Nancy J. Morris Martin and Mary Elizabeth Morris Finch Martin, Information given by Travis Martin, son of J.D. Martin. Served during the Civil War in Barbiere's Cavalry Battalion (Local Defense Troops) Alabama Reserves. Enlisted at Gadsden AL Apr 1860; received a pension from the state of Alabama. (#2630)
