David Konkoleski Dead at Age 21 David Dean Konkoleski, 21, of Elyria died Thursday evening at Ord of an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound. Funeral services were held Oct. 26, 1974 at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church at Elyria with the Rev. Al Godlewski officiating. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery at Elyria. David Dean Konkoleski was born June 30, 1953 at Burwell, the son of Lloyd and Velma Palu Konkoleski. He attended rural school at Elyria and attended Ord High School. He was employed as a farm hand in the Elyria area. Survivors include his parents; four brothers, Wayne of San Demus, CA, Mike, Daryl and Larry all of Ord; three sisters, Mrs. Marilyn Bruha of Comstock, Mrs. Virginia Boyce of Ord and Mrs. Louise Suchanek of San Demus, CA; and a maternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Palu of Grand Island.
