Bio

He was the son of Andrew H. and Lola E. Chapman Young. His father is buried in Fairview Cemetery (South) Section in Memphis Co, TX, and his mother, Lola E. Chapman Young, is buried in Oaklawn Cemetery in Cooper, TX. Hugh served in the U.S. Army during World War II and the Korean War. He was a painter. His wife, Anna Elizabeth Young, is buried in Roselawn Park. He was residing in Palestine at the time of his death in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Temple, TX.
