Obituary Linda Eacker | ST. PAUL - Linda K. Eacker, 53, of St. Paul, died Friday, Dec. 24, 2010, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island. Service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at All Faiths Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev Jay Vetter will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Linda was born July 28, 1957, at Omaha to Dr. Lawrence and Thelma (Cook) Wallace. Survivors of the immediate family include her sons, Jeremy Eacker and fiance Natalie of Clay Center, Bryan and Jamie Eacker of Minden and Chris Eacker and fiance Andrea of St. Paul; daughter, Michelle and Michael Ritter of Grand Island; and 13 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a grandson, baby Michael Ritter Jr. Linda graduated from Broken Bow High School in 1975 and received her bachelor's degree from Central Community College in 1994. She loved baking, decorating cakes, and especially loved cats. She was also an avid Husker fan.
