Bio

Edith Schaefer Janota, 81, died Sunday, May 28, 2006 at her home. Mrs. Janota was born in Taylor, Texas and was the widow of Thomas William Janota having been married for 46 years. She was a faithful member of MacArthur Park Lutheran Church and an active volunteer for many years for Meals on Wheels. Mrs. Janota is survived by her three daughters: Karen Janota and Katheryn Martin of San Antonio, and Deborah Leverett of Austin, Texas. Mrs. Janota is also survived by two grandsons, William Leverett, Jr. and Clayton Leverett. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was well loved by many friends and family.
