Daughter of William Eden and Elizabeth Rachael (Williams) Kelcy. Widow of the late Richard A. "Bud" Tatom. Agnes was formerly the widow of the late Charles Jefferson Nance. They were the parents of Orville Amos Nance and Henry Eden Nance. Agnes was also previously married to William B. Cummings and the step mother of John R. Cummings.
