Wife of Frantisek Ohnoutka. Mother of Marie, Frantiska, Joseph, Frank, and Anton. The subject of this sketch, Grandma Ohnoutka, who has made her home with her daughter-in-law Mrs. Mary Ohnoutka, passed away quietly Saturday noon at the ripe old age of 93 years, 11 months and 11 days. Death was not unexpected and due to old age, she had been failing throughout the winter. She was born in Czecho-Slovakia, emigrating to this country in 1879, with her husband Frank Ohnoutka, Sr. Her husband died a number of years ago at an advanced age. She is survived by four children Mrs. Mary Machacek, Mrs. Anton Jelinek, Frank Ohnoutka, Jr. and Anton Ohnoutka. In addition to these she had 30 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren. She was one of 12 children, whose mother died at the age of 101 years. To but few people comes the privilege of living so long and maintaining remarkable vitality, does seldom one see a funeral concourse in which the group of relative mourners was so large. She was laid to rest Monday morning by the side of her husband in the Catholic Cemetery south of Weston. Rev. Father Bor officiating.
