WALTER AMES DIES JAN 30 Walter R. Ames, 64, Watts, died Jan 30 at a Siloam Springs, Ark hospital. Ames, born Sept. 24, ``1920, is survived by his wife Jewell of the home, one son, Bill C. of Watts, one sister, Alda Jones, Denver, Colo.; one brother, Cecil, Denver, Colo.; one grandson, one granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren. Services were held Saturday , Feb 2 in Pyeatte Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ted Turner officiating. Interment was in the Bell cemetery.
