Published in the Ord Quiz, Ord, Nebraska, Thursday, January 17, 1974, Sect. 2, Page 3, Column 5 & 6 Services at Arcadia For Charles Kremer An Arcadia businessman, Charles L. Kremer, 35, died very unexpectedly Jan. 11, 1974 at Arcadia. Mr. Kremer was born at Burwell, Feb. 16, 1938, the son of Charley and Emma Pokorney Kremer. He attended public school in Burwell. On June 30, 1956 he was united in marriage to Marie Hawley at Arcadia. After marriage he served four years with the United States Navy and then returned to Burwell for one year before moving to Arcadia where he and his wife operate the Arcadia Cafe and Liquor Store. Surviving are his wife; two sons Dennis and Rodney and one daughter Wanda all at home; two brothers Clarence of Grand Island and George of Omaha; two sisters Mrs. Marg Cass, Cozad and Mrs. Janice Panico, Melrose Park, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister. Funeral services were Monday at 2 pm at the United Methodist Church in Arcadia. Interment was in the Arcadia Cemetery.
