Henry Fletcher Jeff Ball FT. WORTH - Henry Fletcher Jeff Ball, 78, a retired civil engineer, died Saturday, August 5, 2000, in Fort Worth. Funeral: Noon Monday at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel. Burial Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Henry Fletcher Jeff Ball, 78, a veteran of World War II and retired civil engineer, died at home on Aug. 5th, after a long battle with cancer. Mr. Ball was born to Henry Fletcher and Lila Florene Flanigan Ball on October 9, 1921, in Yoakham. He was a graduate of Texas A & M University. After retirement, he traveled extensively and was involved in archaeology and genealogy. He was president of Sons of American Revolution, Major R. M. Van Zandt Chapter and Tarrant County Archaeology Society. Music and writing were his greatest pleasures. He was preceded in death by wife of 42 years, Joan Hagar Ball. Survivors: Wife, WilladeanBall; daughters, Jodie Ball & husband, John Gafford, Debby Kazelis, & husband, Chuck, Cindy Kendro & husband, Johnny; brother, Roland Ball & wife Margaret; grandchildren, Jennifer Piel & husband Chris, Josh Gafford, Joanie Collins, & husband, Gary, Jason Kazelis Kristin, Kevyn, & Kara Kendro; great granchildren, Coleton & Paige Collins, and Jacob Piel.
