Bio
Mike Williams, 56, of Bartlett died November 1, 2007. Funeral services were November 6 at Goodnight Memorial Chapel in Bartlett with Pastor Lianne Turner officiating. Interment followed in the Bartlett City Cemetery. Mike was a lifelong resident of Bartlett. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, a Mason, former president of the Chamber of Commerce, and he enjoyed photography. He worked as city manager in Bartlett for over 25 years. Mike was born on March 1, 1951 in Taylor to Billy & Helen Williams. On October 26, 1974 Mike married Patricia Bohac of Granger at the United Methodist Church of Salado. They were happily married over 30 years until his wife passed away on November 5, 2004. Mike is survived by his daughter, Michelle Cargill and her husband Justin of Bartlett; his sister, Jane Bartlett, and her husband Gary of Salado; his grandson, Colton Cargill of Bartlett; his niece and nephew, Lacey & Beau Bartlett of Bartlett; his nephew Travis Williams and his wife Jennifer of Houston. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Billy & Helen Williams; his wife, Patricia Williams; and his brother, Billy Wayne Williams.
