Jack Alva "Speedy" Floyd, 53, a native of Foley and resident of Bay Minette, died Nov. 12, 2001, at his residence. He was a security guard at Reichhold Chemical Company. Survivors include his wife, Emma Mae Watson Floyd of Bay Minette; one son, Andrew Floyd of Bay Minette; two daughters, Linnie Michelle Floyd and Dorothy Parker, both of Bay Minette; one brother, William Floyd of Stockton; one grandson, Zackery Park of Bay Minette; two nephews, James Floyd and William Floyd Jr. both of Pine Grove. Graveside services were held Nov. 15 at Stockton Memorial Cemetery with Sister Helen Stewart officiating. Arrangements were made by Norris Funeral Home in Bay Minette.
