Bio

Mrs. Zura M. Anderson, 75, and Mrs. Mary. Ellis, 76, sisters, and Jack County pioneers died within 25 hours of each other. Mrs. Anderson died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Glenn McDowell. She came to Jack County as a young lady with her parents. Services were held at the Jacksboro Church of Christ. Survived by two sons - W.C. Anderson and R.J. Anderson; four daughters - Mattie Rhodes, Ella Abernathie, Ada Johnsn, Jewell McDowell. The Jacksboro Gazette December 3, 1942
