Bio

Earl 'Bud' Stoehr RALEIGH, N.C. - Earl "Bud" Stoehr, 74, passed away on September 29, 2011, in Raleigh, North Carolina. He was born in Stuart, Nebraska, on October 24, 1936, to Virgil and Leita Taylor Stoehr. He moved to American Falls, Idaho, in 1942, where he attended school. He retired from the United States Air Force in 1979, after serving his country for over 20 years. Bud is survived by his wife of 46 years, Betty Sue Stoehr; son, Justin Stoehr; grandchildren, Garrett and Reagan Stoehr; sister Cleo Eames; and many loving nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie Waddoups. He was buried with full military honors in Lumberton, North Carolina, on October 3, 2011.
