Bio
A 5-yr Army veteran who received two silver battle stars during WWII, his battle tours took him through Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He was married first to Gertie Lemon (they had no children) and second to Vera Barton with whom he helped raise her three children. He was lovingly cared for by his stepdaughter, Vicki, during his final years and passed quietly in 2010, his wife Vera having gone on before in 2005.
