Bio

Died on the Blackstone-Slaughter Ranch near Barnhart. Thank you to Earl Giddings for the marker photo. It shows her date of birth as January 24, 1856 and her death certificate gives her date of birth as March 9, 1865. DC informant was F. Bierschwale. It's possible he or the children were mistaken. Since her father was born in 1846, I'm inclined to go with the 1865 date.
