21 Nov 1952 - Funeral services for Wesley Gray Shuford, 72, who passed away at 3 a.m. Nov. 15 at Sweetwater, Texas, following a heart attack, were conducted at 2 p.m. Nov. 17 at Bayou Scie church by Rev. A. D. St. Amant. Pallbearers were A. E. Middleton, Bailey Pruitt, S. L. Campbell, V. M. Wimberly, A. L. Barr, and P. R. Barr. Surviving relatives include: sons, W. G. Shuford, Jr., of Houston, Texas, Roy Shuford of Casper, Wyo.; daughter, Mrs. Dovie Adams of Odessa, Texas; brother, G. C. Shuford of Austin, Texas; sisters, Mrs. Dovie Edgar of Austin, Texas, and four grandchildren.
