**MARKER IS MISSING** NOTE: homemade marker once there is now gone - it was identical to Annie's & was beside hers - it would have been in the "space" next to hers in photo - they are both next to marker for J.E. Rudd. Dates on his marker were 1857-1937, which does not match TXDC. NOTE: Marker displayed the name as James Morgan Burks 1857-1937 . TXDC gives name as James E. Burk 1866-1939 with matching burial location . It is unclear if they are the same person or not. Their data is not exact, but it is similar. - name can be spelled Burke, Burks, Burk - h/o Annie McGuire - informant on TXDC: Miss Ann Rudd
