Irene Riley, 94, of Lawton, died Friday, December 26, 2014, in Lawton. She was born August 11, 1920 in Lawton to Jesse Lee and Amy Claria “Jackie” Penland. She grew up in Lawton and attended Lawton schools. She married Truman Utah Riley on September 23, 1939 in Lawton. He preceded her in death September 13, 1982. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and served as the records secretary for many years. Her parents and a brother, J.L. Penland, preceded her in death. Funeral service for Irene Riley, 94, Lawton, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 31, 2014, in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Steve Mallow officiating.
