Bio

Jay served as a Torpedoman's Mate 3rd Class, U.S.S. Laffey (DD-724) " The Ship That Wouldn't Die ! ", U.S. Navy during World War II. He was on board the Laffey when they were hit by " 6 " Japanese kamikaze planes on April 16, 1945. He was one of the survivors of this attack ! Noted by: Russ Pickett
