Born May 26, 1946, in Higbee, he was a son of John Thomas and Iona Cooley. Surviving are his father of Triplett; his mother of Moberly; one sister, Mrs. Frances Gillispie, Moberly; two brothers, William Donald Cooley, and Donald Ray Cooley of Moberly. The body is at the Cater Funeral Home. Funeral Arrangements are pending. Dr. Joseph P. Grant, pastor of the First Baptist Church, will be in charge. Burial will be in the Higbee Cemetery. Visitation began this afternoon.
