FORT WORTH - Ruby Kate White, 85, a homemaker, died Thursday, March 20, 1997, at a local care center. Funeral: 2 p.m. Sunday at Laurel Land Funeral Home of Fort Worth. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park of Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Ruby Kate White was born Nov. 16, 1911, in Sulphur Springs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester H. White Sr.; son, Hayden White Jr.; and daughter, Norma Jean Wiley. Survivors: Daughter, Beverly Gray of Fort Worth; daughter-in-law, Gloria White of Arlington; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
