Services for Raymond Foutz, 77, of 1528 NW 24 will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Guardian Midtown Funeral Home with burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. He died Saturday in Deaconess Hospital. Foutz, a native of Kansas, moved to Hitchcock as a child. He came to Oklahoma City in 1919, Foutz was a retired grocer. Survivors include his wife, Patsy; a brother, Jess, Bellflower, Calif., and a sister, Mrs. Bertha Strickland, Turpin.
