Bio

In the town of Colfax, La., at 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 10, 1915, Wm. L. O'Neal, born near Mars Hill, in Winn Parish, departed this life aged about 70 years. The deceased was raised near Montgomery and lived in Grant parish pretty well all of his life. He was a member of the Baptist church and had the reputation of a good man. His remains were taken to Mars Hill for burial. Published in The Colfax Chronicle, October 16, 1915
