Mr. Sedlacek was 17 years of age and was born at Ord, Nebraska, where he received his elementary education. . Mr. Sedlacek is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vencil Sedlacek of Mabton, four sisters, Mrs. Lillian Lobdell, Janice, Nancy and Roxanne Sedlacek; four brothers, Robert, Richard, Tommy and Mike Sedlacek. . Also surviving are his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James Sedlacek and Mr. and Mrs. William Adamek.
