Bio

Son of the late Jeff and Bessie Barker, he worked for Gold Spot Dairy as a milk inspetor. He was a member of Garland Road Church of Christ. He was survived by his wife, Zeda Beatrice "Bea" Price Butler (married on July 24, 1950, in Hammon, OK); three sons, Charles Barker, Don Barker and Carl Gene Barker; one brother, Carrol Barker; two sisters, Mildred Kelly and Oveda Touchstone; 11 grandchildren; and an extended family of relatives. His graveside funeral was held on August 20, 2008, with The Rev. Rose Marie Leroy officiating.
