Bio

US Congressman. Elected to represent Maryland's 5th District in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1953 to 1955. Also served as Maryland Republican State Chair from 1938 to 1942, and Delegate to the Republican National Convention from Maryland in 1940, and 1948.
