Born May 13, 1910 in Glenwood Springs, Colorado to Phil and Mary Etta Wagner DeLaney . He married Edna Gertrude Cowley, February 11, 1930, in Salt Lake City. He was a retired truck driver after many years with Reynolds Excavating. Loved fishing and camping. He is survived by his wife, Edna , South Salt Lake; son-in-law, Jerry M. Hansen, Murray; grandchildren and their spouses, Chris and Kent Wiseman, Robin and Doug Buckley, all of Kearns; Lane and Colleen Hansen, West Jordan; Mark Hansen, Salt Lake City; sister, Beth Kunkel, Salt Lake City; brothers, Bob and wife, Collett, Glen and wife, Dorothy, all of Arizona. Preceded in death by daughter, Helen Edna Hansen. Graveside services will be held Thursday, Sept. 3, 1992, 11 a.m., Mountain View Memorial Estates Mortuary and Cemetery, 3115 East 7800 South (Bengal Blvd), where friends may call one hour prior to services.
