William Franklin Klepper was the son of William Turney Klepper and Brantley Katherine Ogle. He married Ethel Lorena Prindle 1891-1956.They had 3 daughters. Minnie Lee Klepper, Lona Faye Klepper and Mary Francis Klepper.
