Leonard Pringle, 89, who had retired as a purchasing agent at Pangburn Candy Co. after 30 years of service, died Tuesday at a Fort Worth nursing center. Funeral: 12:30 p.m. Friday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. Mr. Pringle was born in Thornton and had lived in Fort Worth most of his life. He had also worked for Foremost Dairy and retired in 1970, then worked for the Tarrant County Treasurers Office and retired in 1980. His wife of 32 years, Jean Pringle, died in 1971. Memorials: Oak Hill Presbyterian Church, 2200 Oak Hill Road, Fort Worth 76112. Survivors: Daughter, Betty Little of North Richland Hills: two brothers, R. L. Pringle of Corpus Christi and Sam Pringle of Dallas; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Barbara M. Bailey.
