San Angelo Standard-Times San Angelo, Texas · Tuesday, March 03, 2009 SWEETWATER — Dorothy Faye Hogue Snapka, 79, died Sunday March 1, 2009 in Abilene. Service is at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 4, at Lamar Street Baptist Church with burial in Westbrook Cemetery in Westbrook. Arrangements are by McCoy Funeral Home. Survivors include daughters Vickie Cox of Sweetwater Loretta Morris of Loraine, Judy Hogue and Verna Campbell both of Kennewick, Washington; sons Billy Hogue of Kennewick and James Allen of Snyder; and brother Bill Culp of Madisonville.
