Bio
Donna Mae Glazebrook was born in Ames, Iowa on November 1, 1927. Her childhood was spent in the Grand River, Osceola, Weldon area. Graduating from Weldon High School. In 1949 she was united in marriage to Carl D. Nicholson, to this union two children were born Carla Sue and Michael. She was a member of the Iowa Order of the Eastern Star of Weldon, serving as Worthy Matron and other offices. A member of the Corydon chapter of Beta Sigma Phi and the Corydon Christian Church. She was preceded in death by one, sister Joyce Glazebrook of Chinook, Montana. She leaves to mourn her husband and son Michael at home, her daughter Carla Sue Beavers and son-in-law Daryl of Corydon, parents Clyde and Beulah Glazebrook Rural Route of Weldon, Two sisters, Mrs. Bill Morlock of Big Sandy, Montana, Mrs. Marvin Banks of Rural Route New Virginia, Ia., a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at 1:30 P.M., Wednesday, December 15, 1976 from the Wolf Funeral Home in Cory-don, Iowa with Reverend T. Arnold Davis officiating. Pallbearers were Michael Banks, Mathew Banks, David Nicholson, Randy Nicholson, Douglas Moore and Brian Collins. Graveside services were presented by the Corydon Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi. Funeral rites were presented by Chapter 43 of the Order of Eastern Star of Weldon, Iowa. Interment was in Corydon cemetery.
