BAUGH, Frances Geneva Smith, 6/30/1911-7/21/1982, wife #2 of Arthur M. Baugh. Frances was a niece of Mary Gladys who was the first wife of Arthur. Frances was a daughter of E.E. "Eddie" and Winnie Smith. Arthur and Frances' child: Kay Baugh (John) Hooker. Although Frances' death date has not been inscribed on her tombstone - the date was July 21, 1982.
