------------------------- MANSFIELD: Mary Nalezinek, age 99, of Mansfield, died Monday morning July 16, 2001, in Dayspring Residential Care Facility. She was born September 1, 1901 in Chicago, IL, to John & Anna Virgel Rerucha, of Prague, Czechoslovakia and had been a Mansfield resident for nearly sixty years, moving here from Nebraska. A homemaker most of her life, Mary was a kind and loving person who loved animals. For twenty years she helped her husband Edward operate a farm on Divilbliss Road. She is survived by a granddaughter and her husband Vicki & Robert Havens of Charlotte, NC; a daughter-in-law Ann Nalezinek of Mansfield; and two great grandchildren Anne Tyler Havens and Benjamin Towe Havens of Charlotte, NC; a niece and her daughters Rose Roubal of David City, NB, Janey Stera and Kathy Wasenius; and a nephew Gene Pearson of Lincoln, NB. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edward Nalezinek, Sr. whom she married in 1918; a son Edward Nalezinek, Jr. in 1994; three sisters Anna Jalinek, Rose Rerucha and Bessie Pearson; and a brother John Rerucha. Graveside services will be held Thursday July 19, 2001 at 3 pm in Bellville Cemetery. The Rev. Dr. Roger E. Smith will officiate.
