Bio

Services for Isadore L. Krenek, 91, of College Station are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in College Station. Burial will be at College Station Cemetery. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to noon Tuesday at Memorial Funeral Chapel College Station. Mr. Krenek died Friday at College Station Medical Center. He was a retired rancher and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Lydia Krenek of College Station; a daughter and son-in-law, Bernice and James Smolka of Wellborn; a son and daughter-in-law, Stanley and Martha Jo Krenek of Austin; a sister, Marie Urbanovsky of Houston; two grandchildren; and a great-grandson. contributed by wendy
