He was preceded in death by his Father John B. Brooks and Mother Mary Brooks and one brother. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Ann Brooks of Harrogate, TN married wife Ann June 27, 1959 Son: Billy Ray Brooks of Harrogate Daughter: Joyce Brooks of Knoxville Grandson: Shawn Bailey of Harrogate Granddaughter: Tiffy and Megan Brooks of Tazewell Great granddaughter: Brittany Brooks of Harrogate Great-grandson: Little Joey Cooper of Tazewell And Brothers & Sisters ?in-law The family will receive friends Monday May 31, 2010 from 6-9pm at the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel in New Tazewell.
