Survived by wife, Carol (Rexroad) Cieslik; daughter Crystal and husband Mike "Pork" Ham, Bellevue; sister, Kathy and husband Tom Hanig, Papillion; brother-in -law and sister-in-law, J.D. and Kathy Rexroad, Bellevue; grandchildren, Carley and Camden; nephews, Jesse and wife Shelly Rexroad and son Brody; Cliffton and wife Selene Rexroad and son Zander; Ben Hanig and Justin Hanig.
