FORT WORTH - Opal Lee Williams of Fort Worth, a retired nurse's aide, died Wednesday at a Fort Worth nursing home. She was 85. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today in Laurel Land Memorial Park. Brown, Gause-Ware, Owens & Brumley Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Williams was born in Abilene and lived in Fort Worth most of her life. She was a veteran of World War II and served in the Women's Army Corps at Brentwood General Hospital in New York. She had been a nurse's aide at several hospitals in Fort Worth. Mrs. Williams was a Methodist. She was the widow of Alva Williams. Survivors: Three sisters, Pauline Roberson of Fort Worth, Dorothy Jackson of Graham and Geri Gilbreath of Dallas.
