Elizabeth Ann Edwards, 62, passed away Friday, July 22, 2011 at Mary Lanning Memorial HealthCare, Hastings, Nebraska. Elizabeth was born June 18, 1949 in Grand Island, Nebraska to Leonard & Agnes (Stenka) Grudzinski. Elizabeth was raised and received her education in Phillips, Nebraska. Elizabeth was employed with Casey's Convenience Store in Juniata until her retirement in 2010. She was a single mother of six children and raised them on her own. She loved her grandchildren, long talks with her kids, gardening, late night movies, and watching Nebraska football with her boys. Her favorite holiday was Christmas and favorite color was yellow. She had a good sense of humor and was a strong woman who fought hard until she passed away. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Donald; and one nephew, Michael Carreon.
