Bio

Charles served under General Lee in Virginia during the Civil War. Was one of the first of the Henderson family members to move from Laurens Co, SC to make his home in TX in 1870. Charles married Arretta Adiline Skidmore on Feb 4, 1871. They lived in the Klondike area for the rest of their lives and raised a total of 8 children.
